We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest feature, Forms, designed to empower organizations to enhance customer interactions and capture valuable data effortlessly. Forms gives organizations the ability to create custom branded structured forms for customers who don’t require a sign in to share data in a secure manner.
To use Forms, simply navigate to the “Forms” page, click “View Form Definitions”, and add a new form. Forms can be created with Steps which correlate to a page. Each step is made up of titles, descriptions, single and multi-select drop-downs, and upload file fields. Each field can be customized in its size and appearance too. You can share a form on your website or with a client by copying the unique URL once a form is created.
