Introducing: Foyer Spaces

We are excited to announce our all new Foyer Spaces. Spaces gives you the same secure file sharing experience, but now more collaborative and interactive. With spaces you can share files, chat, and eSign documents with your staff and clients. It is a unified place for your business to securely do business.

You can make a space with anyone in your organization. You can even make a space with groups. We have three built-in groups: All Users, All Staff, and All Clients. Groups are great when you need all your staff to help one or more clients. But, you could also use it to communicate securely with your whole organization.

The Files tab is where you can securely share files. You can simply drag-and-drop any file. Our new file explorer features file thumbnails and folders to make it easy to get your files organized. This is also the home of our eSignature experience. You can click on any file and request signatures via DocuSign. Members will be asked to sign via email, and the signed document will be automatically updated securely right in your space.

Use the Chat tab to talk with the members of the space in real-time. Any communication in your space will notify all members, to keep everyone up-to-date.
